RAMADA BY WYNDHAM BRISBANE WINDSOR IS LOCATED IN CITY’S INNER NORTHERN SUBURBS, CLOSE TO MULTIPLE ATTRACTIONS
BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA (26 September 2018)– Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchisor with nearly 9,000 hotels and 20 powerhouse brands, is expanding its presence in Australia with the introduction of its world-renowned Ramada by Wyndham brand in Brisbane, following the addition of a 61-room midscale hotel in Queensland’s capital city.
Ramada by Wyndham, Brisbane Windsor was previously known as the Brisbane International Windsor Hotel and has been rebranded after light refurbishments. Known for encouraging travellers to sample the world, Ramada offers more than 850 hotels spanning more than 60 countries, including 22 hotels in Australia alone.
The hotel is nestled in the city’s inner northern suburbs, just five minutes from downtown Brisbane and close to an array of local attractions, including the Brisbane RNA Showgrounds, The Royal International Convention Centre, and The Gabba. It is also a convenient 15-minute drive from Brisbane Airport.

China is now the largest visitor source market for the city and the Ramada brand will help to boost the hotel’s profile among international guests,” Mr Ooi added.
Ramada by Wyndham Brisbane Windsor will offer 61 rooms and suites, all of which will be equipped with comfortable bedding, working desks, and free Wi-Fi. A selection of triple rooms are ideal for families, while the hotel’s suites feature kitchenettes and spacious living-dining areas for guests who may require a little more space and comfort.
The hotel will provide a range of facilities for business travellers and event guests, including two conference rooms and a boardroom, to host a variety of occasions from corporate conferences to weddings. Additional hotel offerings will include a restaurant specialising in authentic Italian cuisine, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness room, and complimentary on-site parking.
